通过这段时间的学习与工作，我收获了许多东西。一方面：我学会了许多在学校没有学到的知识，如spring data JPA、AngularJS、Spring Security 等，提高了我的编码规范，深入了解一个项目的开发流程（先写功能文档，功能细节文档，然后在编码）另一方面：我认识了一群新同事，新伙伴，并且融入其中。这是一个很好的团队，同时们非常热情，相互帮助。此外，在这段时间里，我了解的部分公司业务，我深刻的认识到团结合作的重要性，尤其是在公司里，很多时候，一个工作需要几个人共同完成，只有大家相互配合，相互支持，工作才会既顺利，又轻松。最后，在这个知识日新月异的时代，学会独立思考，不断学习新知识非常重要。在工作中遇到问题，是首先独立思考解决，如果解决不了，在于同事讨论，共同解决。Through this period of study and work, I harvest a lot of things.On the one hand, I learned many knowledge, those who are not learned in school, such as the spring data JPA, AngularJS, spring Security, etc.During this period, I improved the coding specification, and have a thorough understanding of the project development process which beginning from the Functional Specification document to detailed Technical Specification document, and then starting to code.On the other hand: I met a group of new colleagues, new partner, and I is blended in among them.This is a very good team, they are very enthusiastic, help each other.In addition, in this period of time, I know part of the company business, I deeply realized the importance of solidarity and cooperation, especially in the company, a lot of time, a job needs a few people to work together, only people cooperate with each other, support each other, work will be smooth and easy.If we encounter problems at work, we should first think and solve them independently., if not,then we should  discuss it with colleagues and solve it together.Finally, in this era of knowledge changing, it is very important to learn to think independently and learn new knowledge continuously.工作计划：1.尽最大努力熟悉公司的各模块业务，以最大的热情投入工作中，努力工作，完成好各项本质工作。2.积极融入团队，与同事打成一片，多与同事交流、讨论、分享。尤其在一些难点问题上。3.工作之余，努力学习，提高自身的技能素养。如学习一些新技术，多阅读一些开源项目的源码，如Spring 、SpingMVC、Springsecurity 的等4. 将知识用到实际，把自己掌握的理论知识与实际结合起来。5.加强体育锻炼，提高身体素质，这样才更利于工作，利于提高工作效率。1.    I will continue to devote myself to the work with the greatest enthusiasm.
